Coffee is perhaps one of the most complex food matrices in existence. With an estimated 1,000 chemical compounds currently identified, agricultural products such as tea, wine and chocolate, pale in comparison to that of coffee. But it is this high degree of complexity that also hinders many coffee professionals from fully understanding the product.

But here at Coffee Intelligence, Inc. - we know coffee! For over 10 years, we have been involved in every aspect of coffee quality from bean to cup. We've coupled our extensive experience in coffee with our network of labs, to provide you with numerous testing services. We offer three types of testing services - chemical, physical and sensorial testing.

 

Chemical Testing - for the analysis components making up coffee's complex matrix, including caffeine, acids, minerals, alflatoxins, etc.

 

 

 

 


Physical Testing - for the analysis of the physical components of coffee - moisture, defect count, grading, particle size, etc.

 

 

 

 


Sensorial Analysis - for the sensorial analysis of coffee and quality using our expert panel of trained tasters.
